- Safind Forest Products (Pty) Ltd started purely as Timber Agents in Richards Bay, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa and began to build a major positive reputation in the timber industry amongst some of the largest timber organizations / businesses / companies.
- Following their huge success and growing customer base Timber Agents relocated to the Capital City of Pietermaritzburg as Safind Forest Products (Pty) Ltd in order to facilitate a smooth and confident growth.
- In 2007 Safind Forest Products gave birth to Midlands Timbers and these entities have continued to grow with immense success.
